    Ingredients

    • 3 Pounds chicken wings
    • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 Tablespoon five spice powder
    • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
    • 1/4 Cup hoisin sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon honey
    • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
    • CILANTRO LIME DIP
    • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
    • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
    • 1/2 lime juice only
    • 1 Pinch salt
    • BLUE CHEESE DIP
    • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
    • 1/2 Lemon juice only
    • 1 Clove garlic, minced
    • 3 Tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
    • Celery stick, garnish
    • Carrots, garnish

    Directions

    1. 1For each dip, stir together ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until needed.
    2. 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss wings with vegetable oil and five spice seasoning until evenly coated. Lay wings out on a baking sheet, skin side up.
    3. 3Bake wings for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
    4. 4Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce to make a thick glaze.
    5. 5Remove wings after 40 minutes of baking and brush with glaze. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
    6. 6Serve wings immediately with dipping sauces, fresh celery sticks, and carrots.
