    Ingredients

    • 1/2 loaf hearty, stale sourdough bread
    • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon curry
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
    • pinch cinnamon and cardamon
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons finely shredded coconut

    Directions

    1. 1Slice loaf into thick cubes.
    2. 2Mix together melted butter, spices, and honey.
    3. 3Drizzle butter over the top of your cubed bread.
    4. 4Sprinkle with coconut.
    5. 5Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 425 degrees, until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
    6. 6HOW TO USE YOUR CROUTONS: Serve over a can of Progresso Lentil Soup. Garnish with a mint and plain yogurt, if desired.
