Incredimazing Soup Toppers

As prepared by Cheeky Kitchen

Check out these awesome ideas to top your soups restaurant style (in minutes)!

There's nothing quite so comforting as a steaming hot bowl soup. Unless, of course, it's a steaming hot bowl of soup topped with something twice as yummy as the soup itself. Here are five of our favorite Progresso soups with five phenomenally cool toppers.

Progresso Soup Flavors

While there are many more than five Progresso soups worth eating, we picked five that were just waiting to be topped with yummy, scrummy deliciousness. Try each one of these easy soup toppers and you're sure to feel gourmet in minutes!

1. Tortilla Toppers

Progresso Chicken Cheese Enchilada soup pairs perfectly with flour tortillas which have been cut into shapes with a cookie cutter and fried in vegetable oil (heated to medium heat) until golden brown. Add a few slices of cheese cut in the same shapes and you've got a festive fiesta just waiting to be served:

2. Pretty Yogurt Paisleys

A smidgen of yogurt swirled into Progresso Tomato Parmesan soup makes a fancy meal! To make sure your yogurt is swirl-worthy, just whisk a tablespoon of milk into a quarter cup of plain yogurt, dollop, then drag a knife through the yogurt for a pretty paisley soup topper:

3. Baked Parmesan Crinkles

Sprinkle a thin layer of Parmesan cheese onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 425 degrees just until the edges of the cheese begin to brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then gently pick up your Parmesan wafers and stick them in a mug of Progresson Chicken Pot Pie soup:

4. Loaded Spud Toppings

Don't go to the fuss of baking potatoes! You can serve up a bowl of Progresso Loaded Baked Potato soup, top it with all your favorite baked potato toppings, and have dinner on the table in the time it would take you to wrap foil around your spuds:

5. Coconut Curry Croutons

Progresson Vegetarian Lentil soup just calls for an India-styled celebration. Try topping yours with homemade Coconut-Curry Croutons (amaaaazing!), a bit of plain yogurt, and a sprig of fresh mint:
