    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp kosher salt

    Directions

    1. 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to mix.
    2. 2To use: Brown 1 1/2 lb ground turkey, chicken or beef. Drain off any excess fat. Sprinkle with mild taco seasoning and stir well. Add 3/4 cup water and stir. Cook over medium heat until the water is fully absorbed.

    Now I know how to make my own taco seasoning. This is GREAT !!, but I will add cayenne pepper to the seasoning blend.
