1. Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the pecans in bottom of pan; set aside. Stir together Bisquick, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
2. Beat sugar, oil and honey in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Gradually beat in Bisquick mixture on low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla, remaining 3/4 cup pecans and the apples. Spoon over pecans in pan.
3. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Make Honey Sauce. Remove cake from pan to wire rack. Pour 1/2 cup sauce over warm cake; cool. Serve remaining sauce with cake.
