Blogger Brooke McLay from Cheeky Kitchen makes an unbelievably fresh, simple margarita with the addition of cool honeydew melon!

Ingredients

Lime wedges
Salt
1 1/2
cups sugar-free lemonade
2
oz (1/4 cup) gold tequila
2
oz (1/4 cup) melon-flavored liqueur
Splash pineapple juice
2
cups honeydew melon balls
Lemon slices

Directions

  • 1 Rub rims of 2 margarita glasses with lime wedges; dip rims in salt to coat.
  • 2 In cocktail shaker, place lemonade, tequila, liqueur and pineapple juice; shake well. Strain into glasses. Add melon balls to each glass. Garnish with lime and lemon slices.
Tips  

For a blended, frozen margarita, simply add 2 cups of ice to the drink ingredients and toss in a blender until pureed!
