  • 1  canned jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3  cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1  tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves, if desired
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1  teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2  teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
