Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip that is always the first thing gone at a party. 10 servings

Ingredients

(6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1
(9-11 ounce) package of frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup sour cream
1
small garlic clove, pressed or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 Coarsely chop artichokes and put them in a medium bowl. Add spinach, mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan cheese and sour cream and mix well.
  • 3 Pour into a shallow baking dish or glass pie pan. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan if desired.
  • 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • 5 Serve it with tortilla chips and veggies for dipping.
