MultiGrain Cheerios™ Peanut Butter cereal makes a cameo in this Hungry Girl recipe.

Ingredients

teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter, room temperature
1
sugar-free vanilla pudding cup with 60 calories or less (3.5 to 4 oz)
1/4
cup frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
1/2
cup chopped strawberries
1/2
cup MultiGrain Cheerios™ Peanut Butter cereal

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, thoroughly mix peanut butter into pudding. Fold in whipped topping; reserve 1 tablespoon mixture for garnish. Reserve 1 teaspoon strawberries for garnish.
  • 2 In tall glass, layer half each of remaining strawberries, peanut butter mixture and cereal. Repeat layering.
  • 3 Top with reserved peanut butter mixture and strawberries.
