Blogger Brooke McLay from Cheeky Kitchen thinks that if you like peach iced tea, you'll love this low-calorie, spiked Peach Fabsie! With the addition of fresh peaches, you may just never want to stop sipping this beloved drink on a lazy day from your porch swing!

Ingredients

Ice
2
cups sugar-free peach tea
3
oz (6 tablespoons) peach-flavored brandy
1
fresh peach, pitted, sliced

Directions

  • 1 Into each of 2 tall glasses filled with ice, pour 1 cup tea. Add 1 oz brandy to each.
  • 2 Add several peach slices to each glass; stir quickly. Serve immediately.
Tips

Peach schnapps can be substituted for the peach brandy in this recipe.

For best results, use crystal-clear ice purchased at the grocery or liquor store, rather than the cubed or crushed ice made by your home freezer. The store-bought ice is less cloudy and has a cleaner taste than most homemade ice.
