    Ingredients

    • 1  cup chopped fully cooked ham
    • 1  cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
    • 1/2  pound fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 cup)*
    • 2  medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
    • 1/2  cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
    • 1  cup milk
    • 1/8  teaspoon pepper
    • 2  eggs

    Directions

    1. 11. Heat oven to 400º. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the asparagus and onions in pie plate.
    2. 22. Stir baking mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate, lifting ingredients to allow baking mix mixture to flow into pie plate.
    3. 33. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cool 5 minutes.
