Breathe new life into leftover turkey with an easy cheese-topped dinner bake.

Ingredients

1 1/2
cups cut-up cooked turkey
8
slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2
cup Original Bisquick™ or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1
cup milk
2
eggs

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle turkey, bacon and cheese in pie plate.
  • 2 In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Tips

Enjoy this family-pleasing pie topped with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Get a head start by cooking the bacon, cutting up the turkey and shredding the cheese the night before.

Savory Impossibly Easy Pies can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking. You may need to bake a bit longer than the recipe directs since you’ll be starting with a cold pie. Watch carefully for doneness.
