These super easy breakfast pizzas are perfect for filling quick morning meals.

Ingredients

1
can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
8
eggs, scrambled
8
slices bacon, crisply cooked
8
tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or spray cookie sheet.
  • 2 Unroll pizza crust on work surface. Cut into 8 rectangles. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
  • 3 Divide scrambled eggs among rectangles. Crumble 1 slice bacon on top of eggs on each. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  • 4 Bake about 15 minutes or until crust is light brown. Enjoy!
Tips  

To save time, you can use precooked bacon crumbles, located in your grocery store’s salad dressing aisle.

You can also use crumbled sausage, or top with your choice of veggies.
