What if you took smooth white chocolate, snappy Bailey's Irish Cream, beat them together, then topped them with Lucky Charms? Why, you'd be about as lucky as anyone.
Good news! This year, your St. Patty's Day is going to go from blah to blarney-licious with this snappy dessert that won't just give you a bit o' luck, it'll give you a big kiss o' Irish goodness, as well!
The base of this Irish Dirt Cake is a whippy pudding, made with Yoplait vanilla yogurt, instant pudding mix, Bailey's Irish Cream, melted white chocolate, and whipped topping. All of those ingredients combine to make a concoction more beautiful than all the potato fields in Ireland.
Traditional Dirt Cake calls for crushed chocolate cookies. But we're not about cookies, here, we're about leprechauns! So our version calls for Lucky Charms. The combination of sweet & marshmallowy Lucky Charms with the spiked white chocolate pudding it to die for good!
Spoon your creamy mixture into the bottom of four mini trifle dishes.
Top with Lucky Charms
Another layer of the Irish Cream pudding and some whipped topping.
And a lucky final topping of charms, of course!
Then, voila! You're good to go! Tasty, easy, and full of the Lucky Charms o' the Irish!
