Enjoy this Irish yogurt bread that’s baked in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 3/4
cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2
cup currants or raisins
1 1/2
teaspoons baking powder
1/4
teaspoon baking soda
1/4
teaspoon salt
1
container (6 oz) Yoplait® lemon, orange or plain low-fat yogurt
2
tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°. Lightly grease bottom and side of round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, with shortening.
  • 2 Mix flour, currants, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix yogurt and oil; stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Spread dough in pan.
  • 3 Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges. Serve warm or cool.
