An easy-to-make spread that's just as delicious as a fine restaurant spread.

Ingredients

1/2
cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  • 1 Stir together all ingredients.
  • 2 Store in covered container in refrigerator.
Tips  

Play with the seasoning for flavor variety. Basil, oregano, thyme and even dill weed make savoy stand-ins for the Italian seasoning.

Use any leftover spread to toss with cooked vegetables or pasta!
