Pepperoni pizza meets potatoes in this family-pleasing casserole!

Ingredients

package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
2 1/4
cups boiling water
2/3
cup milk
1/3
cup pizza sauce
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
1/4
can grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
package (3 1/4-ounce size) sliced pepperoni

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Stir together Potatoes. Sauce Mix and boiling water in ungreased 2-quart casserole; stir in milk.
  • 2 Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Spread pizza sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle cheeses over sauce; arrange pepperoni over cheese.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes longer or until topping is hot and cheese is melted.
Tips  

Pair this casserole with a Caesar salad and French bread for a simple, flavorful weeknight dinner.

For American-Style Potatoes: Heat oven to 400ºF. Stir together Potatoes, Sauce Mix, 2 1/4 cups boiling water, 1 cup chopped cooked chicken and 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained, in ungreased 2-quart casserole; stir in 2/3 cup milk. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions evenly over potatoes. Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
