  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 1/2  cup milk
  • 1  pkg. Gladiola® Yellow Cornbread Mix
  • 1/3  cup cream style corn
  • 1/3  cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1  tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2  tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 8-inch square baking pan. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
