You'll love this crisp slaw salad mixed with lime yogurt and the spark of flavor added with chopped jalapeño!

Ingredients

container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein Key lime yogurt

tablespoon vinegar
1/2
teaspoon ground cumin
1/4
teaspoon salt

cups coleslaw mix (from 12-oz bag)
3/4
cup flaked imitation crabmeat
1/3
cup frozen corn, cooked, rinsed with cold water

tablespoons chopped jalapeño chiles
1/4
cup shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend (1 oz)

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix yogurt, vinegar, cumin and salt.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add yogurt mixture, and toss until evenly coated.
  • 3 Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
