Enjoy this delicious frozen fruit dessert that can be served to a group!

Ingredients

kiwi fruit, peeled, cubed
2
cups orange juice
1 1/3
cups corn syrup

Directions

  • 1 In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine kiwi fruit and orange juice. Cover; process or blend until smooth. Press mixture through strainer into nonmetal container to remove seeds; discard seeds. Stir in corn syrup. Freeze about 3 hours or until almost firm.
  • 2 Place kiwi fruit mixture in food processor bowl with metal blade or large bowl. Process or beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Pour into same nonmetal container. Return to freezer; freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • 3 To serve, let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Scoop into individual dessert dishes.
Tips  

If you prefer, don´t bother straining out the kiwi seeds--they add an interesting bit of color and texture.
