This chicken and pasta dinner cooks together in a single dish, making cleanup as easy as preparation.

Ingredients

box (10.2 oz) The Good Table™ freezer to plate lemon garlic herb
1 1/2
cups water
1
tablespoon stone ground mustard

to 4 frozen uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)

cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1
teaspoon lemon zest
4
strips cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F.
  • 2 In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, pour pasta (from The Good Table™ box), water and mustard; stir to combine. Place frozen chicken on top of pasta. Squeeze and spread lemon garlic sauce (from The Good Table™ box), evenly over chicken.
  • 3 Cover dish with foil. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until pasta is tender and chicken is no longer pink in center (165°F).
  • 4 Remove chicken from baking dish to cutting board. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Stir spinach and lemon zest into pasta. Let stand until spinach is wilted. Top with chicken; sprinkle with bacon.
Tips  

Try Dijon mustard in place of the stone ground.

To save time, cook your bacon while the chicken dish is in the oven.
