    Ingredients

    • CAKE
    • 1/4  cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/2  cup milk
    • 1  egg, beaten
    • 1  (8-oz.) container dairy sour cream
    • 2  (7-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Mix
    • GLAZE
    • 1  cup powdered sugar
    • 2  teaspoons lemon juice
    • 2  teaspoons water

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In medium bowl, combine all cake ingredients; blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
