Who needs a whole shortcake when you can eat teeny bites on a toothpick? This quick and easy recipe makes quick work of a classic treat, in delicious bite-sized form for brunch!

Ingredients

(16.3 oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Biscuits, Original
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/2
cup coarse sugar
1
cup sliced strawberries
1
cup Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400º F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2 Open biscuits and slice each round into 4 wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice and roll in sugar and lemon zest. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and cool, then slice each in half (like a sandwich).
  • 3 Spoon a small dollop of yogurt and place 1-2 strawberry slices in the center of each bite. Replace the top of the biscuit piece with a toothpick to hold everything in place. Place on a serving platter and enjoy!
