One of the test kitchen's most-requested recipes, this casserole pairs ground turkey, golden potato nuggets and green beans.

Ingredients

lb. lean ground turkey
3/4
cup chopped onions
1/2
cup chopped celery
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
1/8
teaspoon pepper

(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup with 30% less sodium
1/3
cup skim milk
1
teaspoon chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1
(1-lb.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
2
cups frozen potato nuggets (from 16-oz. pkg.)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 In large skillet, combine ground turkey, onions, celery, garlic powder and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Drain well.
  • 3 Stir in soup, milk, bouillon and green beans. Spoon into sprayed baking dish. Top evenly with potato nuggets.
  • 4 Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and potato nuggets are golden brown.
