Ingredients

cup sugar
1/2
cup butter or margarine, softened

cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

tablespoon grated lime peel
1
teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease bottom and side of springform pan, 10x3 inches. Beat sugar and butter in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients on low speed just until crumbly. Press evenly in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown.
