    Ingredients

    • MARINADE
    • 4  teaspoons grated lime peel
    • 1/2  cup lime juice
    • 3  tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1/3  cup finely chopped green onions
    • 1/3  cup honey
    • 1/4  cup grated gingerroot
    • 3  garlic cloves, minced
    • FISH
    • 2  lb. mahi mahi fillets, cut into 8 pieces

    Directions

    1. 1GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; blend well. Place mahi mahi fillets in resealable plastic food storage bag or shallow glass baking dish; pour marinade over fish. Seal bag or cover dish. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate, turning once.
    2. 2Remove fish from marinade; if desired, reserve marinade for basting fish. Place fish on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Brush half of reserved marinade over fish. Cook 4 to 6 minutes.
    3. 3Turn fish; brush with remaining marinade. Cook an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired, garnish with lime slices.

    Thanks for catching that, @Anonymous! The total time for the recipe should actually be about 50 minutes, which includes the 35 minutes of prep and the cooking time. The recipe has been changed to reflect this.
