    Ingredients

    • 1  (7.6-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Mix
    • 1/3  cup skim milk
    • 2  tablespoons nonfat yogurt or unsweetened applesauce
    • 1  egg white, slightly beaten

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 6 muffin cups. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    2. 2Bake at 375°F. for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
