Maple and bacon combine in one irresistible holiday treat!

Ingredients

1
pouch Betty Crocker™ maple bacon cookie mix
Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1
bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips, melted
4
slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2
cup toffee bits

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Use lightly floured hands to press dough into thin, even layer in pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Place pan on cooling rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • 3 Spread cooled cookie with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with bacon and toffee bits. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into triangles or squares to serve.
Tips

Top with peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips instead of the toffee bits, if desired.
