Italy meets Asia in this medley that's perfect when quick prep and clean up are required.

Ingredients

18
frozen cooked original flavor meatballs (about 9 oz)
1
bag (19 oz) frozen lo mein stir-fry meal starter
1
small red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/3
cup water

Directions

  • 1 Heat meatballs in microwave as directed on package.
  • 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix contents of meal starter, the bell pepper and water. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in hot meatballs.
Tips

Keep frozen meatballs stocked in your freezer. In addition to this quick meal they can be added to purchased spaghetti sauce or canned soups.
