Looking for a meatless dinner? Then check out this hearty soy-protein meatball pizza that’s ready in just 35 minutes.

Ingredients

2
frozen roasted garlic or regular soy-protein burgers
1
package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust or other 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
3/4
cup pizza sauce
2
tablespoons sliced ripe olives
1
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1
cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425ºF. On medium microwavable plate, microwave burgers uncovered on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning once, until thawed. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
  • 2 On ungreased cookie sheet, place pizza crust. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with burger balls and olives. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
  • 3 Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
Tips

You won't miss the sausage when you make "mini-meatballs" using roasted garlic or regular frozen soy-protein burgers. It tastes just like Italian sausage pizza!
