  • 1 1/2  cups Hungry Jack® Extra Lights ® or Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 4  oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4  cup milk
  • 1  egg
  • 1  (8 1/2-oz.) can Green Giant® Golden Cream Style Corn
  • 1  (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Generously grease 15 muffin cups. In large bowl, combine all ingredients just until moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups about 2/3 full.

  2. Bake at 400°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 minutes before removing from pans.
