Ingredients

  • 1  cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1  cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 1/3  cup sugar
  • 1/3  cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/4  cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4  cup milk
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons baking powder
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4  cup canned (drained) or frozen whole corn kernel

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 8- or 9-inch square pan; lightly flour.

  2. In large bowl, stir all ingredients except corn with spatula until smooth; stir in corn. Pour into pan.

  3. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack.
