Try this delicious twist on the traditional Southern-style dip. The taco seasoning provides a great zip; it's perfect for your next gathering!

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise
1
package (8 oz) cream cheese
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
1
tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1
jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
Finely grated peel of 1 medium lime
Make it FRESH toppings, if desired (see below)
Chips and fresh vegetables, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, chiles, taco seasoning mix, pimientos and lime peel until well mixed. Spread in pie plate.
  • 3 Bake about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Make it FRESH with desired toppings. Serve with chips and vegetables.
Tips  

Ideas for make it FRESH toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes and fresh lime wedges.
