Mini Banana Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mashed banana, about 2 medium
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cupcake liners in mini muffin pan.

    Mix cupcake ingredients together, just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan/liners.

    Bake for about 10 minutes (watch carefully!)

    Allow to fully cool. Remove liners before using in cupcake fondue.
