Try these quick and easy delicious new boats for your next taco night. These tacos come together in a flash and will disappear from your table quickly; they have the perfect tang of BBQ that everyone will devour at your next dinner.

Ingredients

2 1/2
cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)

package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix

cup barbecue sauce
1
can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed, if desired

Old El Paso™ Taco Boats™ mini soft flour tortillas
1
cup coleslaw mix
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Barbecue sauce, for drizzling
Make it FRESH toppings, as desired (see below)

Directions

  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat chicken over medium heat until warm. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix. Stir in barbecue sauce and beans. Cook until warm, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Heat boats as directed on package.
  • 3 Divide chicken mixture among warm boats. Top with coleslaw mix and cheese; drizzle with barbecue sauce. Serve with FRESH toppings.
Tips  

Ideas for make it FRESH toppings: diced tomatoes, fresh sweet corn kernels, sour cream

Adding black beans make these tacos more of a meal!
