I have been making these for years and they are requested by all of my nephews for their grad parties. You can make them ahead and they travel well. I made 100 of them 2 weeks ago ....most of them never made it to the table. Can't go wrong with these!

I just made this last weekend for my kids and they were such a hit that I'm making them again tomorrow for Superbowl. I used the new cheese filled little smokies instead of hot dogs and they were SO good. The rolls were so nice and flaky too. YUMMY!!

Love these. Another quick, easy appetizer with crescent rolls is crescent wrapped small meatballs. Take 1 lb. uncooked ground beef, add one envelope dry onion soup mix and salt and pepper to taste. Make small meatballs then wrap in crescent roll as described in recipe above. You can sprinkle the tops of the rolls with barbque, Italian, or spicy seasonings as desired or with seaseme or poppy seeds. Bake according to crescent roll directions and serve warm. Also good with your favorite dipping sauces.

I have also made these using the small can biscuits, flatting the biscuit out some then rolling up my sausage.

I made these with my grandson and he got inventive, adding strips of different cheeses. Dipping sauces are a great idea, too.

These are so easy to make and always a hit whenever we make them. When we take these to parties or potlucks we always bring a few different sauces to dip them into -- barbecue, honey mustard, etc.
