Thanksgiving pumpkin pie has never been so easy to pick up and gobble!
A few holidays back, we introduced you to the Cinnamon Roll Pie Crust.
This year, we're getting all mini and making it cuter than ever. These Mini Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Pies are the cutest tarts this side of puppies, kittens, and giggling babies. Maybe the cutest thing ever. And they are definitely delicious. Here's how to make a batch in your own kitchen.
Get your ingredients!
Unroll your pie crust, drizzle with a smidgen of butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll the pie crust back up tightly, then slice into 1-inch cinnamon rolls.
Press each cinnamon roll into a mini muffin tin, gently working the dough in a cinnamon spiral up the sides of the muffin tin to create a cinnamon roll cup. Fill with pumpkin filling and prepare to party.
Bake your baby pumpkin pies, then remove them and let cool slightly. Gently remove each little tart from the muffin cups with a knife.
Turn one over and just LOOK.HOW.CUTE.THEY.ARE.
I mean, soooo cute.
And so yummy!
Topped with a bit of whipped cream, I'd say they're cute enough to eat!
Cutest little pumpkin pies evaaaa. Enjoy!
