Get all the warming yumminess of miso soup with just 5 minutes prep and none of the hard-to-find ingredients.

Ingredients

cup Progresso™ chicken stock (from 32-oz carton)

teaspoon white miso paste
1
tablespoon finely diced firm tofu
1
tablespoon finely chopped green onion

Directions

  • 1 In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
  • 2 Pour into mug.
Tips  

Prep your miso, tofu and green onions on the weekend so it’s even easier to stir together your sip whenever the mood strikes throughout the week.

Red miso paste works well in this recipe, too.
