Enjoy this sangria made using cranberry and lemon juice – a cool and refreshing drink.

Ingredients

(12-oz.) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed

cups cold water
1/2
cup orange juice

tablespoon lemon juice

cups (24 oz.) club soda, chilled

orange, thinly sliced

Directions

  • 1 In large nonmetal pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, water, orange juice and lemon juice; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
  • 2 To serve, gently stir in club soda and orange slices.
Tips  

To add more fruit taste to this punch, use flavored cranberry juice concentrates such as cranberry-raspberry or cranberry-apple.

For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed orange and lemon juices.
