    Ingredients

    • 2  egg whites, slightly beaten
    • 1  cup molasses
    • 1  cup Yoplait Fat Free plain yogurt
    • 1/2  cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
    • 2 1/2  cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2  teaspoons baking soda
    • 1  teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1  teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1/4  teaspoon salt, if desired
    • 1/4  teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375º. Line 24 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2x1 1/4 inches, with paper baking cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups. Mix all ingredients in large bowl just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Immediately remove from pans.
