    Ingredients

    • 2 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
    • 1 8 0z tomato paste
    • 1 32 oz can Tomato juice
    • 2 lb sweet italian sausage ground
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 cup bella mushrooms chopped real fine
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
    • 2 TEAS SUGAR
    • 1/2 TEAS FENNEL
    • 1/2 TEAS ITALIAN SEASONING
    • 1/3 TEAS SALT
    • 1 LARGE BAY LEAF
    • 1/2 CUP RED WINE
    • 1/2 TEAS CHILI POWDER
    • 1 JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE

    Directions

    1. 1Cook Ground Beef and Italian sausage(drain) then cook onions and mushrooms with beef and sausage till soft put in pressure cooker with all other ingredients set pressure cooker for 20 min(I use a electric pressure cooker) when timer goes off let steam escape and let sauce stay on warm till ready to serve or transfer to slow cooker till ready.**** If using slow cooker method cook ground beef and Italian sausage drain then add onions and mushrooms to beef mixture cook them till soft add to slow cooker with all other ingrdients cook on high for 4 hours then low for 4 hours.
    2. 2Cook spaghetti noodles be3fore I drained noodles after cooked I add a little water to stop the cooking process then drain serve hot with sauce.
