    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 cups cubed chicken
    • 1/2 tablespoon Ms. Dash table seasoning
    • 2 cups rice
    • 1  tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1  medium onion, choped
    • 2  eggs
    • 1  tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 3  tablespoons soy sauce
    • Dash of pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 1 cup peas

    Directions

    1. 1Make hot cooked rice.
    2. 2While rice is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon oil in 10-inch skillet add ckicken and fry 5 mins.
    3. 3Add carrots, celery, onions and rice . Stir-fry with a turner or large spoon, lifting and stirring constantly, until mixture is hot; remove from heat.
    4. 4Beat eggs slightly in small bowl with fork. Push rice mixture to one side of skillet. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the cleared spot, then pour the eggs into this spot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are thickened and cooked throughout but still moist.
    5. 5Stir eggs and rice mixture together. Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire, Ms. Dash and pepper.
