Mix up munchies in minutes! Whole-grain cereal and dried fruits are naturals.

Ingredients

cups Cheerios™ cereal

cups bite-size squares cereal (any variety)

cups crispy corn puffs cereal

cup raisins

cup candy-coated chocolate candies, if desired

cup peanuts, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl or resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix all ingredients. (If serving to children under 4 years old, omit the raisins and peanuts.) Store tightly covered.
Tips  

Eating at least 3 servings of whole grain daily may help reduce blood cholesterol. Look for the word "whole" to be sure you get the whole grain.
