    Ingredients

    • 5 lb Round Roast
    • 5 Tbsp Lowrys Seasoning Salt (enough to create 2 thin layers on whole roast)
    • 8 large russet potatos
    • 1  white onion
    • 1 bag baby carrots
    • 3 bottles oyster sauce

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
    2. 2Rub the roast with Lowrys seasoning salt, a good layer, but don't over do it.
    3. 3Sear the roast in a large skillet on all sides. (High heat 30-40 seconds on each side.)
    4. 4 Put the roast into the dutch oven pan and fill with water until the roast is almost covered leaving the top above water.
    5. 5 Take a bottle of oyster sauce and pour it onto the top of the roast.
    6. 6Put the roast into the oven and let cook for 2 hrs.
    7. 7While the roast is cooking, cube the potatoes.
    8. 8Wash the carrots.
    9. 9Peel the onion and cube it.
    10. 10After 2 hours, remove the roast and add the carrots, potatoes, and onion to the water.
    11. 11Pour another bottle of oyster sauce onto the top of the roast.
    12. 12Put the lid back onto the roast and put it back in the oven for another 2 hours.
    13. 13After 2 hours, remove the roast and pour a half a bottle of oyster sauce onto the roast and return it to the oven for another 2 hours.
    14. 14Remove the roast and serve hot. Enjoy.
    15. 15*I always enjoy this meal with biscuits. And it's a great and easy meal and the leftovers are delicious.
