    Ingredients

    • 1 tube Pre-made Pillsbury cookie dough
    • 1 carton strawberry sorbet
    • 1 carton lemon sorbet
    • 1 carton mango sorbet

    Directions

    1. 1With a floured surface, roll the dough out to about ½ inch thick. You want the cookies to be thin and crispy.
    2. 2Cut your shapes out and place them on a cookie sheet to bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. 3Once the cookies are done, you can re-cut them to get the shape back if they lost it in the oven. Sometimes the cookies tend to spread out more than you’d like.
    4. 4Let the cookies cool completely until they are hard and crispy.
    5. 5Spoon the three different sorbet ice creams onto a cookie and then place another cookie on top. You can clean up the edges if needed before serving.
