    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Fiber One Original Cereal
    • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
    • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. 1Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed.
    2. 2Cover bowl with plastic wrap then refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    3. 3Roll cookie dough into 20, 1-inch balls.
    4. 4To store, cover with plastic wrap or keep in an airtight container and refrigerate up to one week.

    I made these last night and they're good, but I think I'd rather use 80 calories on something larger than a 1 inch ball. To get 20, I think they were actually a little smaller than that.

    Hi there, we ran the recipe through caloriecount.about.com and found 1 cookie to be 86 calories, 5g fat, 2.3g fiber and 1.8g protein. -Hope that helps! -Joanne and Adam
