Do yourself a favor and commit these two words to memory: cookie butter.
That’s right, cookie butter. I am shocked how many people have never experienced the yummy goodness of this piece of heaven!
And let me tell you, it is an experience.
It’s like eating spreadable spiced cinnamon sugar cookie dough, and it’s oh so good. Kicking it up a notch to the most decadent treat ever, I created these Nutella™ Cookie Butter Cups.
Let’s get started! Grab your chocolate, cookie butter, Nutella™ and sugar.
Mix together the powdered sugar and cookie butter.
Scoop out about a teaspoon of the cookie butter mix and roll into a ball. Flatten the top a little.
Melt the chocolate bark according to package instructions. Place a generous dollop of Nutella™ in the chocolate and stir until smooth.
Put a spoonful of the melted chocolate mixture into a mini muffin tin lined with paper cups.
Drop a cookie butter ball in.
Fill the rest of the cup with the melted chocolate mixture and refrigerate for about a half an hour.
