Ingredients

Salad

cups shredded carrots

can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained

cup halved seedless green grapes

Dressing

cup orange low-fat yogurt

teaspoon cider vinegar

Directions

  • 1 In serving bowl, mix salad ingredients.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; mix thoroughly. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Tips  

Here's a great salad for kids to help make. If you purchase the carrots shredded or do them ahead of time, they can simply assemble it all together.
