Tips

Judy O. Shares her Recipe "The two changes I've made to my diet are drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables. Now I never get in my car without my water bottle, and this smoothie is an easy way to load up on fruit."

High in calcium and vitamin C

A Note FROM Dr. Ghosh This smoothie is a great choice during chemotherapy when you may be experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea or having difficulty chewing. Staying well-hydrated can be half the battle.
