For a nice crunch, put these flavorful cooked fries under the broiler for a few seconds. From Prevention® Healthy Cooking.

Ingredients

large russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick lengthwise strips
1
egg white, lightly beaten
1/4
teaspoon paprika
1/8
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 Brush potatoes with egg white. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake about 20 minutes, or until fries are nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper.
